Cat A Fitout

Base build fitout to a Cat A standard — raised access flooring, suspended ceilings, lighting, HVAC, and fire detection. Ready for a Cat B tenant fitout.

Cat B Fitout

Full tenant fitout to a finished, occupiable standard. Partitioning, joinery, flooring, decoration, and all finishes specified and installed to your brief.

Office Refurbishment

Phased or full refurbishment of an existing occupied office. We plan works around your team to minimise disruption, delivering a refreshed space without the cost of a full fitout.
